Social media management
The content plan grows out of your marketing strategy, not out of a quota of 12 posts a month. Every month we show what we did and what it produced — in numbers, not in screenshots of likes.
Who it is for
- Businesses that already have positioning or a strategy and need a channel that carries it.
- Companies running social media in-house that have lost the system: posts go out, results do not.
- Owners entering a new network who would rather not test assumptions blindly.
- B2B companies with long decision cycles, where social media should warm people up rather than sell on first contact.
What is included
- Audit and channel goals
- What works, what does not, and which channel objectives follow from the marketing strategy.
- Content plan
- Themes, rubrics and a publishing calendar a month ahead, agreed before we start.
- Copy
- Posts, stories and the profile description in the language your audience uses about the product.
- Visuals and video
- Post layouts, covers and short-form video edited from your material.
- Community management
- Replies to comments and messages in the agreed tone during working hours.
- Report
- Every month: what we did, what worked and what changes next. With numbers and conclusions.
Platforms we work with
-
Instagram
The main channel for products with a visual side: posts, stories and short-form video.
-
Facebook
A wider and older audience, longer copy, groups and local businesses.
-
LinkedIn
B2B and the founder personal brand: expert posts, case studies, hiring.
-
TikTok
Short video for fast reach into a new audience, often cheaper than other channels.
-
YouTube
Long video and Shorts for topics that do not fit into a post: reviews, tutorials, cases.
-
Telegram
A channel for a loyal audience: announcements and direct contact without fighting algorithms.
We do not take on every network at once. We pick the ones where your audience actually is and where there is enough resource to stay consistent.
Management packages
-
Presence
One network: reach consistency and gather the first data about the audience.
- A content plan a month ahead
- Copy and visuals for regular posts
- Stories on an agreed schedule
- Replies to comments and messages
- A monthly report
Quoted on request
-
Growth
Two networks and short-form video, once consistency is there and reach needs to grow.
- Everything in the Presence package for two networks
- Short-form video edited from your material
- Content adapted to the format of each network
- A monthly review of the numbers together
Quoted on request
-
Full
Two or three networks and a channel strategy, when social media becomes the main acquisition channel.
- Everything in the Growth package
- Channel strategy and rubric map
- Video scripts
- Assets prepared for paid campaigns
- A quarterly review of goals
Quoted on request
The volume in each package is agreed before we start — the number of posts depends on the niche and the format. The price depends on the number of networks and the amount of video. We name it after the first call.
How we work
-
Brief and audit
We look at the existing accounts, the competitors and what has already been tried. The output is a list of hypotheses and a baseline.
-
Channel goals
We define the audience, the rubrics and the metrics we measure against. Without this a report turns into a table of likes.
-
Content plan
We agree themes and a calendar a month ahead, so copy and shooting do not happen on publishing day.
-
Production and publishing
We write, prepare visuals, publish on schedule and talk to your followers.
-
Report and adjustment
Once a month we go through the numbers together and rewrite the plan for the next one.
What you get every month
- A content plan for the coming month, agreed before the work starts.
- The published material together with the source files for copy, visuals and video.
- A report on reach, engagement and enquiries — with conclusions, not just a table.
What we do not do
- We do not buy followers, likes or views. A bought audience damages reach and buys nothing.
- We do not guarantee a specific follower count: no agency controls the algorithms.
- We do not take on five networks at once at the start. Two done consistently is better.
- We do not publish content without approval unless you ask us to.
Frequently asked questions
How much does social media management cost?
It depends on the number of networks, the amount of video and whether shooting is needed. The packages differ in volume, not in the list of services. We name the price after the first call.
Do you only manage the accounts, or run ads too?
Management and organic content only. We do not set up paid advertising. If you need it, we prepare the assets and hand them over to your own ads specialist.
Do we need a marketing strategy first?
Not necessarily, but the content plan is sharper with one. If there is no strategy, the first month goes into the audit and the channel goals.
Who produces the photo and video?
We edit and lay out from your material. If separate shooting is needed, we plan it in advance and build it into the schedule.
How long until there are results?
The first changes in reach show in 4–6 weeks, a steady flow of enquiries from three months on. It can be faster, but promising that up front would be dishonest.
Which language do you run the accounts in?
Ukrainian by default. We add a second language if the strategy calls for it and the audience needs it.
What if we do not like the content?
The content plan and the material are approved before publishing. Revisions within the agreed scope are part of the work.
Can we start with one network?
Yes, and most often that is what we recommend. The second network is added once the first one is consistent.
Shall we look at your accounts?
Tell us where you are now and what you want from the channel — in 30 minutes we will say what to change and which package fits.
